We appreciate your decision in allowing us to provide you with the best dentistry availbable. Our staff works as a team in providing you wiht a warm and caring environment. We understand the needs of our patients and take great pride in our work. Feel free to ask anyone for assistance. We are all here to serve you. Our main emphasis is on prevention and cosmetic dentistry. Preventing disease is less costly in the long run and can be simplified with all the modern advances. Creating that beautiful smile for the patient clearly improves their confidence and self-esteem and is more rewarding than correcting problems after they occur.

PAYMENTS and INSURANCE

We make every effort to keep the costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care. Our policy is to request payment at the time of your dental treatment. We try to avoid sending statements, because the cost of paperwork, postage, and manpower affects our fees.

If your treatment program requires several visits and extended payments are necessary, please discuss this need, prior to treatment, with one of our Financial Coordinators. We will do our best to adjust to our patients requirements in planning for their investment in superior dental health.

 

For our INSURED PATIENTS we will accept most plans that do not require a specific provider. Please present your insurance identification card and your insurance booklet, if available, on your first visit. We will be happy to assist you in determining the benefit package that has been purchased for your individual plan. As a courtesy, we will file your dental insurance claims but ask that you PAY YOUR DEDUCTIBLE AND ANY AMOUNT NOT ESTIMATED TO BE COVERED BY INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF YOUR DENTAL TREATMENT.

Dental insurance is not inteded to be a "pay-all" service, but to help lower your "out-of-pocket" expenses. If your insurance company has not paid submitted dental claims within 60 days of date of service, payment in full will be required from the patient.

We must emphasize as dental health care providers that our relationship is with you, not your insurance company. All charges are your responsibility from the date services are rendered. We will be happy to discuss every procedure and fee before we start. We also will help you arrange for payment.

REFERRALS

One of the greatest compliments we receive is the referral of valued family and friends. We appreciate the vote of confidence and look forward to welcoming new patients and friends to our dental family.

APPOINTMENTS

Patient care hours are available Monday through Friday. We see aptients "by appointment" and ask patients to call in advance so that we may reserve time for them. We respect your time and make every effort to remain on schedule. Delays usually happen because of our efforts to work into our schedule a patient who has a dental emergency. We ask you to understand if this should occur. We always provide this emergency service to all of our patients. We offer a 24 hour emergency pager service, which may be accessed by phoning our regular office number at 288-1307. If an emergency arises while the office is open, please call the office as early in the day as possible. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We ask for at least 48 hours in advance.

PEACE OF MIND

As dental professionals we are concerned about protecting our patients as well as ourselves from infectious diseases. Our office uses state of the art sterilization equipment and products to ensure safety and maximum protection. Infection control systems are constantly monitored and updated to meet and exceed today's standard of care. Our entire staff is trained and certified in C.P.R. and other medical emergencies that might occur. Our office meets or exceeds OSHA safety guidelines and practices universal precaution.
